WAoSA’s 1st Anniversary

We had a great night celebrating Wrexham Academy of Screen Acting 1st Anniversary last night. We were delighted The Mayor of Wrexham, Councillor Beryl Blackmore and her Consort Mrs Dorothy Lloyd joined us, thank you Luke for the photos. We were also super excited best selling author Simon McCleave Author and his lovely daughter Izzy came along too. Thank you to everyone who celebrated with us last night. We are so grateful of your support 🙏

New headshot. I’m embracing the wrinkles to reflect a true image of my age…gritty not pretty. It’s a marketing tool…have to push vanity to one side 😂. Thank you to Wrexham based photographer Dominika Edwards who captured the real me.

Win The Crowd Films

We had a great weekend filming a proof of concept for a TV drama we're developing for Win The Crowd Films. A huge thanks to Ian Puleston Davies for directing and starring in it. Also starring my fellow producer Dean Fagan and the very talented Harrison Tipping. Also a big thank you to Nate Reeves for writing the PoC and all our marvellous cast and crew. 

Michael Socha Chat at WAoSA

We were very privilged to have the company of TV star Michael Socha at the Wrexham Academy of Screen Acting recently, sharing his acting experiences with our students and guests. Michael is a brilliant actor and very entertaining. It was a wonderful afternoon and our WAoSA students learnt a lot.

Win The Crowd Films

We had a great shoot today with Win The Crowd Films, doing a proof of concept for a new project. All filmed on green screen. Really looking forward to seeing the end result.

So excited to annonce the launch of WIN THE CROWD FILMS - a new film and TV producion company based in Wrexham, North Wales. Set up by Co-Founders Dean Fagan (Creative Director/actor/producer) and Nate Reeves (director producer) I'm joining them as producer in this excitng new venture.

I had a lovely time filming Coronation Street last week. Great director, cast and crew. Episode will be on TV early July.

Happy New Year

Christmas

Its so easy (and lazy) to communicate via the internet these days, which makes receiving a Christmas card through the letterbox so wonderful. It gives me great pleasure to send them to friends and family who I love but don't get the chance to see very often. That said, the price of stamps is ridiculous! Sadly some of my friends and family are no longer with us, but they're in my thoughts especially when I see their names in my address book whilst writing cards at Christmas. I'm eternally grateful for all those who makes my life more special at this time of year. Thank you. God bless you all. X
